SUBMIT YOUR SERIES

SUBMISSION CRITERIA-NEW FOR 2013

At HollyWeb Festival, you submit your entire web series for consideration. Our programmers watch as many episodes as deemed necessary in order to make a judgement on each series.

If chosen as an Official Selection, YOU will get to choose which episode you want screened. Which brings us to our new allowance for 2013...
We are now allowing longer form web series to screen at HollyWeb. We are defining short and long form as:

Short Form: Web series with an average running time of LESS than 10 minutes. This category should be used to classify your web series if you believe that the screening episode you choose will have a run time of under 10 minutes. If your episodes are longer but you can edit down to under 10 minutes, feel free to submit under this category. Short form web series can screen up to TWO episodes as long as the combined running time does NOT exceed 10 minutes, even by a few seconds. This will be strictly enforced.

Long Form: Web series with an average running time of MORE than 10 minutes. If the episode you choose to be screened will be longer than 10 minutes (even by a few seconds), and you are unwilling to edit it to under 10 minutes, please submit under this category. Only ONE episode will be screened. We will impose an upper limit of 20 minutes.

2012 Award Winners and Official Selections are welcome to re-submit. If your web series won an award at our 2012 edition, it must have at least one new produced episode since March 31st, 2012 in order to be eligible for the awards it previously won. If you re-submit your web series without any new episodes, it will only be eligible for awards it did not win in 2012. Official Selections who did not win an award are welcome to re-submit without producing any new episodes, and will be eligible for all awards.

Early Entry (July 1st-August 31st 2012):
Short Form: $50
Long Form: $60

Regular Entry (September 1st-December 31st 2012):
Short Form: $60
Long Form: $70

Late Entry (January 1st-February 15th 2013):
Short Form: $70
Long Form: $80
