NEW FOR 2016-4K SCREENING OPTION
If you have already have a 4K file of your episode(s), you have the option to screen your series in 4k. If you would like to take advantage of this new offering, please indicate on your technical information form that you would like to screen in 4k. In order to screen in 4k, you will need to send us a 4k DCP of your episode(s), OR, we can create a DCP file of your episode(s), which you will then receive after the festival for your own use (there is an added fee for us to create the DCP for you, which is $5 per minute of total run time-which is much more affordable than most prevailing rates companies charge to create DCP files).
If you want us to create the DCP file for you, please indicate this on your technical information form, and send us your 4k file via DropBox to email@example.com. We will send a PayPal invoice for the amount required as specified by the run time on your technical information form. After the festival, we will deliver the DCP to you via file sharing.
If you already have a 4k DCP of your file(s), please send it to our Dropbox at , and ADDITIONALLY, please send us a 1920x1080p file as backup. This option is free, and does not require any additional fees paid to us. We will do our best to test your DCP, but we cannot guarantee that it will work, or have the time to rectify any issues. It is a much safer option to have the HollyWeb Tech Team create the DCP for you, in this case, we can guarantee that it will work.
