How do I pick up my already purchased tickets (or provided free pass)/how do I check-in at the festival?
Once you arrive at AMC Citywalk 19, you will be directed to our check in area.
If you want to purchase tickets on-site, just tell them you want to purchase a ticket. We accept CASH and CREDIT (no checks), and utilize the Eventbrite or PayPal Here app to swipe your credit cards/debit cards on our iPads.
Where do I park at Citywalk?
The address for the AMC CityWalk 19 is:
100 Universal City Plaza
Universal City, CA 91608
There is a ton of public parking available at CityWalk, varying from general parking to valet parking. Parking can be expensive (around $20) and AMC will not offer validation, so we do recommend using ride share services such as Uber or Lyft if you'd like to save some money.
What about the opening party on Thursday, March 30th.
We'll be holding our opening night party/mixer at Tinhorn Flats in Hollywood, starting at 7:30pm. You can find the HollyWeb contingent at the private bar located in the back, to the left.
The address is:
1724 Highland Ave
Los Angeles, CA 90028
And what about your awards venue, the Fonda Theatre?
The address for the Fonda is:
6126 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028
There is a parking lot directly adjacent to the Fonda on Hollywood Blvd. Their rates vary depending on the night, but it will likely be somewhere between $10-$20. However, there are lots of public parking options in the area, as well as street parking if you are lucky enough! Once you've parked, the building is hard to miss. You'll likely see a lot of commotion, and probably the line to check in for the blue carpet. Please note-even if you have an all access pass and have checked in previously at Raleigh, EVERYONE must check in again before walking the carpet. This allows the press and photographers to know who they are interviewing/taking photos of!
Do you guys have nominations for your award categories?
NO! Every series that is screening at HollyWeb is eligible for all awards (except of course, the awards pertinent to genres that your show does not fall under). This makes for a much more fun and unpredictable ceremony. You can view the list of awards being out HERE.
I bought a ticket for the ceremony. Is there reserved seating?
The seating at the Fonda is much more club-style, with some high top tables, booths, and lounge furniture. There is no reserved seating, and seats are first come, first serve.
What time does the blue carpet start, and what is the dress code?
The blue carpet starts at 7pm. There will photographers and videographers present. We have no official dress code, but most people gravitate towards cocktail attire. Remember that you will likely be photographed, so wear whatever you want to be photographed in! :)
